Vitality Community Care in Brisbane CBD is seeking female Support Workers for structured, task-based support for a participant living independently. Duties include household tasks and cleaning, meal preparation and daily living support, transport and errands, and community and social access. Consistent hours are available across weekdays and weekends.

Rates are $43/hr weekdays, $58/hr Saturdays, $65/hr Sundays. The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
