Pasticceria Papa in Sydney's Five Dock is seeking a passionate Gelato Maker to join our production team. You will produce high-quality gelato for our retail stores and wholesale partners, craft gelato cakes and semifreddo, and maintain an immaculate, food-safe kitchen.
You will also contribute ideas for new flavours and help manage daily production to meet orders and deadlines while working closely with a supportive team in a bustling workplace.
