Brighter Access Ltd seeks a compassionate Disability Support Worker for Inverell, NSW. Casual role with flexible schedule, providing in-home and community support to people with disabilities to maintain independence and skills.

You will assist with daily living, coordinate with families and enable participation in local activities. Candidates should have experience in disability support or related fields, current First Aid, WWCC and NDIS checks, and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
