Regional Waste Water Group | Full-Time Position

Regional Waste Water Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our growing team as a Wastewater Service Technician.

We are a family-owned local business proudly servicing our community in the wastewater industry. We have a close-knit, supportive team that values teamwork, provides ongoing assistance, and takes pride in delivering quality service to our customers.

No previous wastewater experience? No problem Full training will be provided to the successful applicant, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn current skills and build a long-term career.

IMMEDIATE START – Wastewater Service Technician

Working hours are generally 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Servicing and maintaining onsite wastewater treatment systems.
- Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Responding to breakdowns and assisting with the installation of new treatment plants.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Communicating any issues, recommendations, and associated costs to customers.
- Completing service records and basic job documentation.
- Working with other team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently.




- Ensuring work complies with relevant local council requirements and regulations.

Skills and Requirements

- Essential: Current manual driver's licence.
- A reliable, practical, and hands‑on approach to work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic record-keeping skills are an advantage.
- Previous wastewater experience and relevant certificates are desirable but not essential.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided according to your experience and skill level.
