Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is seeking a Part time Team Leader in Lakes Entrance to drive quality support in a 24x7 SIL House while remaining hands-on with client care. You’ll lead on admin, scheduling, and coordination, act as the link between clients, support workers, and the office team, and help maintain a stable, values-driven service.
