Boyd CAT is seeking a mechanic’s helper to support maintenance, repairs and rebuilding of Caterpillar equipment under direct supervision. The role grows toward independent work as experience increases. Compensation is up to $27.45 per hour. Location and training details indicate startup at Nitro and/or Belle, WV with eventual transition to a recent Point Pleasant branch upon completion. Requires HS diploma, basic tools, and ability to read manuals.
