Amana Living in Perth is seeking a registered nurse to join the McCusker Nurse team, providing expert advice, support and referrals to carers of people living with dementia in metropolitan Perth from 8:30am to 4:30pm, 76 hours per fortnight, based at Subiaco corporate office. You will build connections with dementia-specific agencies, advocate for clients, manage timely referrals, and educate aged care providers and community groups about dementia services.
