About the role
/n /n /n As a Senior Accountant, you will support all areas of finance, ensuring accurate financial processes and reporting during a maternity leave cover./n /n /n /n /n

Key responsibilities
/n /n /n
- Prepare and review journal entries, perform ledger and account analysis, and conduct variance analysis /n
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with the firm's reconciliation framework /n
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes as required /n
- Assist in the preparation of financial and management reporting, liaising with the World Firm Finance team /n
- Ensure finance processes comply with internal controls and authorisation requirements /n
- Support tax compliance requirements through coordination with stakeholders and external advisors /n
- Assist with external audits and resolve queries in a timely manner /n




- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. /n /n /n /n /n Skills & experience/n /n /n
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent professional accounting qualification) /n
- Proven experience in a Senior Accountant role, including responsibility for financial reporting /n
- Exposure to tax compliance, including GST, Payroll Tax, and Income Tax obligations /n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis capabilities /n
- Experience using Oracle Financials or a similar ERP system is preferred /n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage competing priorities. /n /n /n /n /n What’s in it for you/n /n /n
