You will manage a 100% adult caseload within aged care and NDIS settings, conducting home safety assessments, prescribing assistive technology, and delivering tailored intervention plans. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus car allowance and tolls/parking reimbursement, with flexible rostering and opportunities for mentoring and career development.
