Hy-Tec is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee three concrete plants in Larapinta, Swanbank and Fernvale. Reporting to Production Manager, you will lead a small, close-knit team with a robust focus on quality and continuous improvement. You will drive safety, scheduling, maintenance and customer service excellence across sites, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and contributing to Hy-Tec’s growth and profitability as part of Adbri.
