Experience applying evidence, experimentation, and learning to improve digital products or ways of working is required, as is confidence using digital technologies, AI, and automation, with an understanding of their opportunities, limitations, and responsible application. You would need the ability to communicate product direction, technical concepts, options, and value clearly to varied audiences, with strong collaboration and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams. Demonstrated ownership of outcomes, sound judgement, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning are expected. Strong planning and project management capability is required, including translating needs into requirements, coordinating dependencies, managing risks, budgets, and timelines, and maintaining clear accountability. It would be desirable to have an understanding of accessibility, privacy, security, and data governance as they apply to digital products.
