Anthropic in Sydney seeks an Enablement Lead to launch APAC field readiness across GTM functions, onboarding cohorts, live practice sessions, and manager coaching. You will adapt global enablement content for APAC, run sessions in local time zones, and ensure readiness when current models ship.
You’ll work hands-on, in-person with sellers and managers, measuring impact by changes in field behavior, and collaborating with regional GTM leaders to scale a coaching standard across languages and cultures.
