About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Consultant with a strong background in consultative selling, high-volume sales environments, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who understands customer needs, develops tailored solutions, and consistently achieves sales targets. Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective customers through outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Identify customer needs, challenges, and business objectives to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle high-volume sales calls while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Effectively communicate product or service value propositions to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, including tailoring sales approaches to individual customer needs.
• Experience working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment.
• Strong communication,



negotiation, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Demonstrated career stability and consistent professional performance.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing high-value sales transactions ($10,000 or more).
• Background in longer sales cycles, particularly deals requiring one to two months or more to close.
• Sales experience across multiple industries, with measurable achievements.
• Exposure to both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales.
• Proven sales achievements, including quota attainment, performance rankings, or recognition awards.
• Strong business acumen and a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field.
