About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and clinically experienced Change Support Specialist to support the implementation of the Unity Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) across community dental agencies and the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. Reporting to the EoHR Program Manager and supporting the Change Manager, you'll be working as part of a small team of Change Support Specialists and will use your dental knowledge and communication skills to help clinicians and administrative staff successfully adopt new ways of working. This role is ideally suited to someone with a clinical background in dentistry, such as a Dental Assistant, Oral Health Therapist, Dental Therapist or Dentist, who enjoys working with people and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology. Success in this role requires a positive, adaptable and proactive approach. You will be comfortable engaging directly with users, participating in testing activities, delivering presentations, developing user-focused documentation and providing hands-on support throughout implementation activities. Your clinical experience will help ensure that solutions, training materials and support activities are practical, relevant and centred around the needs of end users. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with outstanding people skills. You don't need to be a change management expert,
but you do need to be comfortable supporting users, explaining new processes, creating quality resources and helping teams embrace new technology. Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help dental teams succeed as they transition to Unity.
