• 2 days WFO + 1 day WFH ) We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join the TONIC team and support both marketing operations and social media/content. This role is for someone who wants real experience, not just observation. You’ll be involved in day-to-day marketing, content creation, and campaign support with guidance, structure, and room to grow. If you’re curious, organised, and creative we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Help With ? Marketing Operations
• Supporting campaigns, launches, and content schedules
• Helping keep marketing tasks organised and moving
• Assisting with briefs, timelines, and approvals
• Supporting B2C + B2B marketing activities
• Learning how a real marketing team actually operates ? Social Media & Content
• Helping develop social & Reel ideas (on-brand, not random trends)
• Creating easy short-form content (Reels, Stories, UGC-style videos)
• Researching content ideas, trends, and similar brands
• Supporting content planning and organisation
• Turning ideas into content we can actually use What You'll Gain

• Clear briefs and guidance (no “figure it out” chaos)
• Exposure to campaigns, content, and strategy
