You'll lead clinical practice in neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders across Optimum's Speech Pathology team, while keeping a clinical caseload of about 24 hours a week. The rest of your time goes into mentoring and supervising Speech Pathologists, and building and delivering education for clinicians. It suits an experienced Speech Pathologist with a recognised specialty who wants to develop other clinicians without leaving clinical work. CLINICAL PRACTICE
• Lead clinical practice in neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders
• Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 24 hours per week
• Support evidence-based practice across the Speech Pathology team
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve solid client outcomes MENTORING & SUPERVISION
• Provide specialist mentoring and supervision to Speech Pathologists across the organisation EDUCATION
• Develop and deliver professional development programs and clinical education
• Present workshops and training sessions to clinicians

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Extensive experience with neurological conditions, dysphagia and voice disorders
• Advanced assessment and intervention skills




• Experience mentoring, supervising or educating clinicians
• A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
