Role Description The Land Acquisition role is a full-time hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable land for renewable energy projects, conducting preliminary site assessments, and engaging with landowners to negotiate and secure land agreements. This position also requires monitoring market trends, preparing reports and presentations on land opportunities, and supporting the broader team in project pipeline planning and stakeholder communications.



Qualifications
• Rpdata, Renewmap, Real Estate skills are necessary
• Strong skills in Acquisitions and Land Acquisition, with experience securing land for infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency in Due Diligence and Market Research to evaluate site suitability, risks, and opportunities.
• Experience or knowledge in Land Development, including zoning, planning approvals, and land-use considerations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret maps and site information, and produce explicit reports and recommendations.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in renewable energy, property, or infrastructure sectors is highly regarded.
• Degree or qualifications from university, doesn't matter, we want a deal maker.
