Job Title: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineer

Candidates should have experience in finite element analysis, structural simulation, and engineering assessments to evaluate the performance and integrity of components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform finite element analysis of mechanical components, structures, and assemblies.
• Develop simulation models, define boundary conditions, and assess loading scenarios.
• Conduct structural, stress, deformation, and fatigue analyses as required.
• Interpret simulation results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and document analysis assumptions, methods, and findings.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve structural and performance issues. Key Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in FEA, structural analysis, and engineering simulation.




• Familiarity with relevant FEA software and simulation methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, material properties, and loading conditions.
• Defence industry experience is highly preferred.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Australian citizenship is mandatory.
• Minimum Baseline Security Clearance is required.
