What you'll do
• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift, smashing targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Craft delicious cocktails, pour quality drinks, and maintain exceptional product standards every time
• Thrive in a rapid-paced bar environment, delivering quick,



efficient service without compromising on guest experience
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
• Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked, organised and ready to impress at all times
• Keep the bar looking sharp, maintaining cleanliness, presentation and compliance standards throughout every shift
• Own your space Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures, including responsible service of alcohol, to keep guests and teammates safe
• Take every opportunity to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs What you've got:
