• Lead or support the performance of a multi-million-dollar venue

• Balance customer experience, safety, labour, revenue and team engagement every day
• Oversee high-volume café operations alongside core venue performance

• Work alongside other Venue Managers and leaders across Victoria, sharing ideas, celebrating wins and driving regional performance What You'll Be Responsible For As part of our Venue Management Team, you'll play an integral role in the ongoing success of your venue. Your responsibilities will include:
• Driving performance against key KPIs including sales, labour, safety, venue presentation, customer experience and team engagement
• Implementing strategies to improve performance and deliver results
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and create experiences that keep customers coming back
• Being a visible safety leader and ensuring safe operating practices are consistently followed
• Leading, coaching and developing team members and future leaders
• Understanding customer feedback and turning insights into meaningful improvements
• Managing expenses and supporting the achievement of venue budgets and P&L; targets
• Maintaining exceptional standards of venue presentation, cleanliness and operational readiness
• Being hands-on with the team across customer service, daily operations and food and beverage
• Creating an environment where our team feels connected, supported and inspired to perform You'll receive comprehensive training in BOUNCE's customer experience standards, operational systems and venue management processes, giving you the tools and confidence to succeed.
