About the Role
Reporting to the Analytics Platform Manager, the Data Engineer plays a key role in building and maintaining the data foundations that power reporting, analytics and business decision-making across Vinarchy. Working within our Global IT team, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop reliable, scalable and secure data solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing analytics capability, helping shape modern data platforms and processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across a truly global organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain ETL processes that integrate data from multiple sources.
• Design and optimise data models for reporting and analytics.
• Support the delivery of scalable BI and data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
• Partner with business users and IT teams to understand data requirements and priorities.
• Ensure data governance, security and architecture standards are maintained.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data processes. What You'll Bring:



You have experience building and supporting data solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes, along with strong SQL and ETL development skills. You understand data warehousing concepts and have worked with BI platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Power BI. You'll bring exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP, coupled with a solid understanding of data governance and security principles. Most importantly, you're a team-oriented problem-solver who enjoys working with stakeholders, takes ownership of outcomes and is passionate about creating high-quality data solutions.
