We’re hiring hands-on chefs for our busy seafood kitchen at Gasworks Newstead. Family-owned Reef Seafood & Sushi — fresh seafood, sushi and classic fish and chips.

You’ll work across:

- sushi and sashimi prep and service
- fish and chips / hot kitchen
- seafood prep, portioning and plating to our specs

What we’re after:

- solid cookery experience (sushi/sashimi and/or fish and chips a big plus)
- fast, clean, consistent under pressure
- food safety habits and teamwork
- casual, full-time or part time; weekends part of the roster

Visa: Australian work rights preferred. Sponsorship only considered for strong, trade-qualified candidates.
