We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person to join our team at Distribution and Display as a Junior Customer Service Representative.
This is an entry-level position, so no previous customer service experience is required. Full training will be provided — we’re more interested in finding someone who is willing to learn, communicates well, and has a positive attitude.
You’ll work closely with our customers and internal team to help coordinate printing and distribution jobs from enquiry through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers with their bookings and requests
- Preparing quotes and sending information to customers
- Entering and updating customer and job details
- Coordinating jobs with our printing and distribution teams
- Providing customers with updates on their jobs
- Following up on jobs and ensuring deadlines are met
- Assisting with general administration and office tasks
- Learning about our printing and distribution services
About You

- Is confident communicating with customers
- Is organised and pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
- Is reliable, responsible and willing to learn

- Isn't afraid to ask questions and take initiative
No previous experience is required. Whether you're a recent school leaver, graduate, or simply looking to start your career in customer service, we’re happy to train the right person.
