We're a growing bricklaying business working across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, specialising in residential, commercial and insurance projects.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced bricklaying foreman who can lead a crew, keep jobs running smoothly and take ownership of delivering quality work.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their trade, can think ahead and enjoys bringing out the best in their team.

You'll Be:

- Leading and working alongside a crew of bricklayers and labourers.
- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and construction details.
- Planning daily tasks, allocating work and keeping the crew productive.
- Overseeing brick and blockwork to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinating materials, equipment and site requirements to keep jobs moving.
- Communicating with builders, clients and management on job progress.
- Identifying and resolving onsite issues before they become bigger problems.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite.
- Taking ownership of job quality, timelines and team performance.

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
