PT Role | Longwood

Looking for a casual personal training role in Longwood? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- The role
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role,



and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
