Personal Trainer | Balwyn East

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Balwyn East who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week:



$45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
