About the Role

As a Physiotherapist at Iconic Care, you will assess, plan, and deliver individualised physiotherapy services tailored to each client's needs and goals. You will work collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records.
- Educate clients and their families on exercises, injury prevention and ongoing management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Promote safe, respectful and person-centred care in every interaction.

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A recognised degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong communication, assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- A compassionate, professional and client-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
- Current Australian work rights.

A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

Pay: $66,700.00 – $90,000.00 per year
