About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurses to join our team on a Part-time or Full-Time basis!

You will be based at our Hillview House, located at 45 Hillview St Woy Woy NSW 2256.Hillview House: 45 Hillview Street, Woy Woy NSW 2256

Thompson Health Care Hillview House is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high level clinical care to meet resident’s individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life. This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff. This position will suit professional RNs who are flexible and passionate about aged care.

Skills and Experience:

- Endorsed by APHRA (essential);
- Aged Care experience beneficial
- A good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting;
- Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict;




- Great communicate skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to a team;
- Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent written documentation and assessment skills;
- A good knowledge of the ACFI funding instrument and aged care accreditation standards;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47.86 – $51.24 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week

- Woy Woy NSW 2256: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Registered nurse: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- AHPRA registration (Required)
