About Us

Uncle Authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice is a busy and well-established Asian restaurant located in the heart of Adelaide CBD. We take pride in serving fresh, authentic Hainanese chicken rice and delivering great food and friendly service to our customers.

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily food preparation and basic kitchen duties.
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist chefs with general kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Help with cleaning and closing duties.

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Availability for weekday and Saturday shifts.
