About the Role

As our Team Leader, you will:

- Lead, support and motivate a team of educators.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Support the planning and implementation of educational programs.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Promote Montessori principals and encourage children's independence, curiosity and confidence.
- Support compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and children's wellbeing.




- Has solid leadership and communication skills.
- Is committed to creating a positive, inclusive and respectful environment.
- Holds relevant early childhood education qualification, preferably a diploma or equivalent.
- Has a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
