Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Carlingford

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Carlingford, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- The role
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- When you need to be available




- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
