EARL Catering is recruiting for a catering and production chef to join the team at our Cremorne kitchen. We're known for fresh, high-quality, corporate-style catering delivered daily across Melbourne CBD and surrounds. We're part of a larger hospitality group that has delivered exceptional experiences for the past 16 years.

About the role:

We're looking for a morning person, the roster is 5am until 2pm, Monday to Thursday. You'll get to enjoy afternoons and weekends off!

Based in our Cremorne kitchen (5 minutes from Richmond Station) you'll be working with a small team of catering assistants preparing a daily roster of sandwiches, salads and sweets. Addionally, the team supports our retail stores in the production of a range of sweets batters, cookies, granola and dressings, to name a few.

You will thrive in a time-pressured environment and show your best when challenged. We're looking for a team player who brings respect,



attention to detail and commitment to work each day.

You'll be perfect for this role if you have

- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong organisational skills and an excellent knowledge of food safety
- A full driver's licence and the capacity to make deliveries on occasion
- A genuine passion for fresh, quality produce and hospitality
