Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Preston Keilor Lodge
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Keilor Lodge. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
Pay
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
What the role involves
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Availability needed
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week,
approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What we are looking for
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
