We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in sales and marketing who wants to gain hands-on experience, work with different teams and get involved in a wide variety of projects.

You'll be supporting sales and marketing activities across several business divisions, each with different services, clients, campaigns and business goals. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, has great attention to detail and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our sales, marketing and business teams to help bring campaigns, projects and ideas to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist with planning and delivering sales and marketing campaigns across different business divisions.
- Support sales teams with lead generation, prospecting campaigns, client follow-ups and business development activities.
- Help identify new business opportunities and coordinate initiatives to attract prospective clients.
- Assist with client outreach, relationship-building activities and referral campaigns.
- Support the coordination of sales appointments, client meetings and business development opportunities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, promotional materials and client communications.
- Work with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns for different services and client groups.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads and assist with sales pipeline updates and reporting.
- Liaise with external suppliers, marketing agencies and business partners to coordinate campaigns and projects.
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters,



social media and website updates when required.
- Monitor campaign results, sales activities and client engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide day-to-day sales and marketing support across the business, helping keep projects organised and on track.

You don't need to know everything about sales and marketing. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in learning.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- A willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales or marketing would be an advantage, but is not essential.
