About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Retail Sales Assistants to join our team across our Adelaide retail locations. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available for candidates who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and are passionate about sales and customer service.

You will play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, assisting customers with fragrance selections and helping drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting fragrances based on their preferences and needs.
- Learn about our fragrance range and confidently explain product features.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain an attractive, clean and organised retail display.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Restock products and assist with inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You





The ideal candidate will:

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be confident approaching customers and recommending products.
- Have a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Be reliable, punctual and well-presented.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Be comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Have flexible availability, including weekends and some public holidays, where required.

Previous experience in retail, sales, beauty or fragrance is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome applications from enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and develop their sales skills.

Pay: $20.44 – $35.00 per hour
