About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Café All-Rounder to join our team for the opening of a new café in the heart of Paddington.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hospitality concept from the beginning, helping us create a welcoming neighbourhood destination with a focus on quality coffee, fresh food and thoughtful service.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in the details and brings a positive, proactive attitude to a busy café environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide warm, attentive and professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and food to a consistently high standard.
- Take customer orders, process payments and operate the POS system.
- Assist with food preparation, plating and general café duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Restock supplies and support daily café operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and productive service.

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment.
- Barista experience and confidence preparing quality coffee is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- The ability to multitask and remain organised during busy periods.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- A genuine interest in good food, coffee and hospitality.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
