- Menu & Standards: Ensure Otti Café menu specifications, meal standards, and dish presentations are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Prep & Support: Follow instructions for ingredient preparation as directed by the Head Chef.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised kitchen environment. Follow all food safety and health & safety guidelines perfectly.
- Compliance: Adhere to all Otti Café company policies, procedures, and uniform/appearance standards.
- Teamwork:



Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain a positive, respectful, and high-energy working environment.

Requirements & SkillsQualifications & Availability:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (completed) OR currently studying towards a kitchen/cookery qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Flexible availability to work across different rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
