RN: $56–$67 per hour
EN: $45 per hour
+ Travel Reimbursement

El Rapha Cares Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) in Goulburn and surrounding areas to join our growing community nursing team.

Clinical Work May Include

Depending on your role, scope of practice and competency:

- Wound assessment and wound management
- Catheter care, including IDC and SPC
- Medication management and clinical monitoring
- Health assessments and clinical reviews
- Continence care
- Chronic disease management
- Supporting clients to maintain independence at home
- Clinical documentation




- Communication with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Identifying and escalating clinical concerns

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community nursing / community care
- Demonstrated wound assessment and wound-management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work confidently and independently in the community
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Reliable and appropriately insured vehicle
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Strong communication, interpersonal and clinical documentation skills
- Willingness to travel between clients
- Nurses currently working in hospitals, aged care or other healthcare services who are looking for additional flexible community nursing hours are encouraged to apply.Work location:

Pay: $56.00 – $67.00 per hour
