Customer Service Manager

At PERTH CARPET CLEAN, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to work on a full time basis (at least 38 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate the day-to-day customer service activities of the business to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.

· Supervise customer service staff, allocate workloads and provide guidance and support to maintain effective work performance.

· Respond to customer enquiries, service requests and concerns through telephone, email and other communication channels.

· Handle customer complaints and service issues, investigate the circumstances and arrange appropriate resolutions.

· Coordinate customer bookings and service requirements, ensuring information is accurately communicated to relevant staff.

· Monitor customer feedback and service outcomes to identify issues and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate customer records and monitor outstanding enquiries, complaints and service matters to ensure appropriate follow-up.

· Review customer service procedures and recommend improvements to enhance service quality,



efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification or at least 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.

· At least 3 years of experience.

· Strong ability to manage customer enquiries, complaints, feedback and service issues while maintaining positive and professional customer relationships.

· Proven ability to supervise, motivate, train and develop customer service staff, provide performance feedback, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate customer bookings, service requests, follow-ups and liaise effectively with cleaning technicians and management.

Position: Full Time

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
