Seoul Garden, a restaurant dedicated to sharing the authentic taste and charm of Korean cuisine, is looking for a responsible and energetic Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can confidently lead the FOH team during busy service periods, maintain high service standards, and help create a positive and efficient working environment.

[Roles & Qualifications]

Position: Front of House (FOH) Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and supervising FOH staff during service
- Assigning sections and coordinating staff to ensure smooth operations
- Greeting and seating guests and assisting with table assignments
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages when required
- Processing payments and managing reservations
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving service issues professionally
- Monitoring service standards, cleanliness, and overall FOH presentation
- Supporting staff training and helping new team members learn FOH procedures
- Communicating important operational matters to the management team
- Assisting with opening and closing duties




- Ensuring restaurant policies and procedures are consistently followed
- Supporting the team during busy periods and maintaining effective teamwork

Qualifications:

- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
- Previous FOH or hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to take initiative
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service
- Strong customer service mindset
- Good understanding of restaurant operations
- English communication skills

Preferred (but not required):

- Previous experience as an FOH Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waitstaff
- Experience training or managing junior staff
- Availability for long-term employment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and busy periods

Pay: $25.74 – $29.45 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
