We're looking for an experienced Retail Manager to spearhead operations at our Brighton-Le-Sands store. You will be instrumental in promoting operational excellence, with an emphasis on store profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Daily operations of our Brighton-Le-Sands store
- The management and supervision of retail staff, including recruitment, rostering, training and development, performance reviews and promotions
- Managing stock levels of all raw materials and finished products, ensuring maximum cost efficiencies
- Implementing sales strategies to enhance productivity, customer service and store profitability
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, work health and safety requirements and food safety regulations




- Effectively managing staff and customer complaints
- Collaborating with other teams across the business, including production, logistics, finance, HR and marketing

You will need:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum two years’ full-time experience working at a management level in a retail setting
- To be available to work in the evenings and on weekends each week
- Full Australian work rights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 per year
