We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a construction team in Warnervale, NSW. This opportunity is suited to reliable and hardworking candidates with previous experience on construction or civil worksites.

The successful applicant will assist tradespeople, operators, and supervisors with a range of site activities, including material handling, site preparation, general construction tasks, and clean-up.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer, Construction Labourer, Civil Labourer, or General Labourer
- Valid White Card
- Construction or civil site experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Reliable transport to Warnervale
- Available to start ASAP

Duties Include

- Performing general and skilled labouring duties on construction sites
- Assisting tradespeople, operators, and site supervisors
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organising construction materials
- Preparing and clearing work areas
- Assisting with construction and civil works
- Digging, lifting, carrying, and other manual handling tasks




- Using hand and power tools safely where required
- Assisting with site preparation and earthworks activities
- Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
- Following WHS procedures and site safety requirements
- Completing additional duties as directed by the site supervisor
