Personal Trainer | Jamie Fitness, Stormlea

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Stormlea. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What you will do

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
