Lubemaster Australia is a manufacturer of specialised oil filtration and purification equipment. We are looking for an experienced Welder / Boilermaker who takes pride in producing high-quality work and a professional finished product.

This is a permanent, long-term position in our new manufacturing workshop in Caboolture. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for their work from cutting and fabrication right through to welding and final finishing.

The work is predominantly light fabrication, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, workmanship and presentation.

The Role

- Predominantly MIG welding, with some TIG and stick welding
- Cutting, fitting, fabrication and assembly
- Working from fabrication drawings and measurements
- Grinding, finishing and preparation of completed components
- Producing clean, accurate welds and a high-quality finished product
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Spray painting experience would be an advantage

We are looking for a tradesman who:

- Is an experienced welder/boilermaker or fabricator
- Takes genuine pride in the quality and appearance of their work




- Can work independently and stay focused on a job from start to finish
- Is reliable, practical and able to maintain a consistently high standard
- Is looking for stable, long-term employment, rather than short-term project work

Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

This position would suit an experienced tradesman who enjoys fabrication work, values a good workshop environment and wants a secure, permanent role with an Australian equipment manufacturer.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
