We're looking for an experienced gardener to join our full-time garden maintenance team, starting early November in the Northern Beaches. If you have a knowledge of plants, enjoy creating and maintaining beautiful gardens, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you. As our Team Leader, this is a hands-on role combining physical gardening with field crew coordination and exceptional client care.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise a small garden maintenance team, ensuring daily schedules are completed efficiently.
- Perform expert horticultural tasks including lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site, building great rapport and providing excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: background in garden maintenance
- Key credentials: Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (preferred Manual)
- Skills: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic.
