This position is available for individuals who are seeking a career as a registered nurse in the community health industry. You are required to travel and work in the Northern Beaches areas and Northern Sydney. The RN is required to work independently in collaboration with other team members and case managers. Our services offers a range of specialised services to our clients within an setting appropriate to the person and thier families' need through our community-based services.

Selection Criteria:

- Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated skills in general health and discipline specific assessments and interventions and experience working with people with severe and persistent health and mental illness
- Experience and knowledge in the planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of patient care
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care with a willingness to show leadership and embrace change in the coordination and delivery of care
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and good interpersonal skills




- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position including evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills
- Computer competence and literacy
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
- Right to work in Australia by Nationality/Citizenship/Residency/Work Visa 100 points of photographic proof of identity (eg: passport, birth certificate, Australian issued drivers license, current student identification card)
