Casual Position – Podiatry Administration & Reception

sportsmed Podiatry is looking for a warm, organised and people focused Administration officer & Receptionist to join our dynamic podiatry team in Adelaide.

We are a leading musculoskeletal podiatry clinic with a strong focus on helping people move better, recover well, and get back to doing the activities they love. This role is a key part of that journey, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential support to our clinicians.

About the Role

This is a casual position with permanency opportunities for the right candidate, approx. 20 hours per week with hours available across:

- Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 6:30pm
- We are open to discussing how you spread the 20 hours across the week and open to some flexible working arrangements.
- Helping create a welcoming, organised, and positive clinic environment
- Handling patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks
- Reception staff rostering, stock management




- Basic bookkeeping and other administration tasks
- Booking and managing appointments

This position would be perfect if you:

- Are friendly, reliable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Are organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Have previous medical reception or administration experience
- Proficient using Xero
