RN: $56–$67 per hour

Clinical Work May Include

Depending on your role, scope of practice, and competency, your clinical work may include:

- Wound assessment and wound management
- Catheter care, including IDC and SPC
- Medication management and clinical monitoring
- Health assessments and clinical reviews
- Continence care
- Chronic disease management
- Supporting clients to maintain independence at home
- Clinical documentation
- Communication with GPs,



families and other healthcare professionals
- Identifying and escalating clinical concerns

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community nursing / community care
- Demonstrated wound assessment and wound-management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work confidently and independently in the community
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Reliable and appropriately insured vehicle
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Strong communication, interpersonal and clinical documentation skills
- Willingness to travel between clients
- Nurses currently working in hospitals, aged care or other healthcare services who are looking for additional flexible community nursing hours are encouraged to apply. Work location:

Canberra and surrounding areas – client home visits

Pay: $62.00 – $67.00 per hour
