Comfort Home Care

Comfort Home Care is seeking a caring, reliable and compassionate female Support Worker to assist a male aged care client with community access and social activities three days per week.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting older people to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

About the Role

- Provide community access support to a male aged care client.
- Assist with shopping, appointments, outings and social activities.
- Encourage social engagement, independence and community participation.
- Provide companionship and respectful, person-centred care.
- Support the client's wellbeing and individual needs.
- Work 3 days per week, with days and hours to be discussed.

About You

- Compassionate, patient and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in aged care, disability support or community care is highly regarded.
- Ability to provide respectful, person-centred support.




- Current driver's licence and reliable transport are desirable.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, are desirable.
