Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness North Kellyville Galston

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Galston. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.



Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
